FL!PPER Flipper Max Aquarium Algae Scraper Replacement Blades for Fish Tank Cleaning Kits

Let me start by saying I normally never right reviews. After using this product I must say its amazing! I been in the saltwater hobby for almost 13 years now and have had a lot of tanks! I've use mag floats the original magnet cleaner, and the pirranna algae scraper which is my current one. I'm very picky and run bare bottom tanks to avoid scratches... My aquarium also cost about $6000 it's a 560 gallon from Miricles aquariums. I am very careful not to scratch the glass. Needles to say tank got out of hand with alge cause it's summer and I've been doing outdoor activities. My pirranna couldn't scrape the alge no matter how many passes I made with the magnet, I love the pirranna too for film alge. However if you have tough Alge the flipper is the cleaner for u! I only used the scraper side and it was amazing!

Replacing the blades is so much more cost effective than trying to replace the entire unit.

The product is solid and the blade is not bent. Easy to replace and use. No issues.

Works so well cleans the glass on my fish tank without any effort this is the best flipper ever!

A great solution for a deep tank---this operates on half-inch thick glass on a bowfront tank deeper than my arm is long. The 'flip' is a learning curve. First, buy the strength needed for your tank glass thickness. Second, don't get your fingers caught between the magnet and scraper. Third, read the instructions. Flipping it requires a little turning and maneuvering: it's a learning curve---but it WILL flip without your reaching into the tank. And the blade WILL remove marine tank coralline spots.

I used both of the blades on my 240 gallon aquarium. The blade were an excellent fit and works perfectly. I highly recommend these replacement blades.

Great product. The magnet is very, and I do mean very strong and should only be used on tanks with thick glass else you will not be able to even move it on the glass. It does a good job of cleaning all types of algae, but I still haven’t really got the hang of the flipping action to either use the scrub pad or blade. During the flip I have to make sure no fish are around as it sometimes goes wrong and the inside scrapper can start floating away and when it detects the outer it can slam back onto the glass. Would definitely recommend

The scraper is one of the best that I’ve used, and these are the first blades I’ve replaced. The clip out simply, with the replacements sliding in easily and holding securely in place.

Do you have a flipper MAX? Do you need new blades? Is it for a glass tank not acrylic? If yes buy these.
