Yes, my dog has urinated on the sleeping bag a few times and it’s difficult to wash without removing all the filling and restoring after washing both the outer and inner sack!

If i need to move it to another house, can i re-compress it?

Not unless you have a huge airtight bag and a way to suck the air out of it. This is heavy! It is filled with what feels like memory foam pieces. Moving it is difficult.
