I enjoyed the layout of this book and even though there is controversy over the techniques doing and seeing for yourself does not lie.I have personally built and used a synchrometer on myself and can attest to its efficiency. I would recommend this book and the authors other books to complement ones' education. It is really written for the masses who are not technically inclined. You might read elsewhere that she is a quack and her techniques and ideas are not sound but the cost of deciding yourself with your own synchrometer is minimal. I say "people do not die of disease but of ignorance". Educate yourselves.

You need to be a little science-minded to read and understand this book. It's not for everyone.

As a Reiki Master and having read her books I understand the science behind it . Our science is just beginning to understand these energy fields. Everything is in vibration. Working through the manual step by step is making me an expert in no time.Very useful technique, now I know exactly what I put in my mouth. Or, at least I can find out now very quick and cheap.
