Changed how our bed felt
We bought a $4,000+ Tempur-pedic mattress 2 years ago and never put a base on it because of our 3 year old daughter. We felt that if we had a bed base when she slept with us, she may fall and injure herself so it stayed on the carpet since we bought it. The bed felt great and provided us a restful sleep and improved my wife's back pain. Fast forward to Black Friday, my wife and I are blessed that she's pregnant and in her 3rd trimester. She's now having a hard time getting in and out of the the bed. It doesn't help that it's low and she was to go to the bathroom every hour. I did my research for a cal-king adjustable bed base and iDealBed has the best price around for what we needed. This bed base was easy to assemble, it's essentially deciding how high you want the legs at and screw it on. That's it. It made the Tempur-pedic mattress a lot more comfortable. I felt that my body weight was being properly distributed and it even improved our sleep. I wish we had bought this a long time ago. Great buy, great price, easy to assemble, and it's very sturdy.

Seems well built, and is quite comfortable in use
I'm going to give this five stars. The only subtraction would have come from slight damage to material on the outer edge. This damage was likely from the factory since the box itself wasn't damaged, and it's in an area inside the folded area when shipped. The mattress covers the one inch by one inch rip, and I don't intend to return or deduct a star. I bought two twin XL to form a king. I was able to get these upstairs myself, they ship as to units, but I don't recommend doing that if you have help. I was able to use our existing platform bed frame. I had to remove some of the wooden slats that previously supported the box spring to allow clearance for the legs and the head adjustment shaft as it extends toward the ground a bit when the frame goes upwards. The bed frame/ headboard are now essentially decorative and have no part in supporting the mattress and is not connected to adjustable bed frame. This is my first experience with an adjustable bed, and it's very comfortable. The head adjustment angle on this model compared to other models and models of competitors is a little larger. However, I don't think that I will ever use it at full extension. The remote control is backlit and the motors are quite responsive in using the remote. The assembly is quite easy. I followed the directions when testing the motors and left one unplugged at a time to pair the remotes. I did not have to push any buttons and both remotes work with their individual beds out of the box, no additional programming necessary. The two frames had sequential numbers for their serial numbers, so they came off the assembly line one after the other. the warranty on the motors at 5 years is 3 years longer than several competitors at a similar price. Both motors on each bed are quite smooth and once the mattresses are on top barely audible when in motion. I didn't find any explanation in the owner's manual on how to program the remotes. Adjust the mattress to the desired position, then press and hold a memory button until the remote backlight flashes. It takes about five seconds. I did a lot of research on what look like quality products and price point before I finally decided to order this particular product. I can't speak for longevity but I have high hopes that it will last for a very long time. Currently, I am happy to have chosen this particular product.

Nice adjustable bed frame, but be aware of these things...
We purchased the king size adjustable model of this bed frame. It was delivered promptly, and brought just inside our front door as expected. The assembly is easy, in that you only have to cut a couple of shipping tie-downs, unfold the frame at the center hinge point, and screw in 7 legs, but here's where it gets difficult: Issue 1 - This bed is VERY heavy, so getting the legs attached and then "flipping" the bed over is a very difficult task unless you have at least two very strong helpers. Issue 2 - The hinges on the 3 pivot points on this bed are made up of a steel hinge in the center, and a heavy plastic hinge on each outer edge. While trying to move, turn-over the bed, it is very easy to lift the outer frame from a point that causes one or more of these pivot points to move, thus putting strain on the outer hinges. This resulting in 3 of the plastic hinges breaking on our bed. I think the way to avoid this, is to ONLY lift the bed with one person on each side, lifting from the fixed flat portion of the base (approx 4" behind and 10" in front of the center hinge line). Customer service was very responsive when I called, and they immediately Fed-Ex'd out 4 hinges to me (thought I might want an extra, just in case). It turns out that what they shipped was 4 half-hinges (each hinge is made of two identical plastic halves), and while taking the bed frame apart to replace the hinges, one of the 3 broken hinge points had a failure in both half-hinges, so I needed all 4 parts that I received. The process of replacing the hinges was straight forward, but time consuming. I found the best/safest way to remove the broken parts and replace with the new ones required removing the cloth skirt all the way around the bed frame so that the hinged sections could be carefully moved and flexed to insert the new parts without any stain on other hinges. If you are not feeling very handy, or not feeling quite strong, please think about paying the extra for "white glove" delivery to have someone else do the assembly. We are happy with the frame. It appears to be well made, operates quietly and smoothly, and meets all of our expectations.

No need to spend a fortune on an adjustable bedframe
I am not one to typically write a review but when I get a product that just knocks it out of the park, well, it's time to write one. This had to be one of the best purchases I made. I read all the reviews and then placed my order. Once the order had shipped I received a notification to set-up a delivery date/time. This shipped via Pilot freight so i could go right online and schedule the perfect day/time. On the day that I scheduled my delivery I received a phone call from the carrier saying they were about 15 minutes out and would be at the house shortly. Sure enough, they arrived right on time. Two guys got out of the truck, waived and said "Hi" and began to unload it from the truck. They asked where wanted it and i had them bring it into the garage (I did not get white glove inside delivery). They brought it in and not a single mark anywhere on the box. The next day I had 2 people help me get it to the bedroom on the 2nd floor. Once there, I screwed in the legs. These are newer from what was previously included and really sturdy. I ordered a king size so there were 7 legs (3 on each side an one in the middle). I also separately ordered the optional headboard attachment which was super easy to put on. This was completely set-up within 30 minutes. I added my new hybrid mattress I purchased and let me just say the last few nights have been an absolute dream. The zero gravity setting is fantastic. I have never slept better. All of the extras you think you need like under bed lighting of USB ports are really not needed. I never had them before and didn't get them this time. The base is extremely sturdy, does not wobble or shake, has smooth motors for both the head and foot.....I don't think i could ask for anything more at such a fantastic price. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS BASE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ADJUSTABLE BED.

Quiet, sturdy, easy to set up. Great deal!
I spent two years researching before I bit the bullet and bought these adjustable beds. I love everything about these beds. They look and feel well made. The fold flat one button and programmable memory settings on the remote. Very sturdy. Very quiet - I adjust all the time in the middle of the night and doesn't bother my husband. Came with straps to link the two twin XL beds together into a king. Nice and high adjustable posts. Slipped right into my existing bed frame. And I can even shove all the stuff back under my bed :-) I'm sleeping (and laying in my bed watching TV or looking at my phone) amazingly comfortable now. Just be sure you have help setting them up. They're really heavy! And I'm glad I didn't get the cheaper model without the OneTouch fold-flat feature, or the fancier model with the massage feature. I doubt it would have felt anything through the big mattress. If anything breaks in the future I'll let you know :-)

Great for my RV
I have a king-size adjustable bed at home, and wanted something like it for my RV, which had a queen size bed. This was the only one that I found that was a split-adjustable in a queen size. The other I found were single units, where both my wife and I would have to use the same adjustments, which we almost never do. This bed did the trick! It seems pretty well built. The legs are made in such a way that you can adjust the height from 2 to over 12 inches above the floor. They look a little wobbly, but are holding up just fine. The plastic end caps placed in the open part of the tube frame are poor quality, and a few of them were already broken when I opened up the box. But at least they don't show! I'm a heavy-duty guy, and this bed doesn't even seem to notice me. It is comfortable, it is just wide enough (size of a twin), and just long enough for my 6'2" frame. When the backrest part is tilted up, you will slide down a little, and your feet will start to hang over the end of the bed (true for any adjustable bed), but not enough to really notice and be bothered with. It's a keeper. Works well with this mattress set: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DXGJ24N?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1.

Love my adjustable iDeal Bed
I love this bed. The bed is well made, easily assembled, and worth the money. It was too heavy for me to assesmble alone as I am an older woman. My son helped and it was assembled easily. I am guessing within 30 minutes at most. The remote works well and came with batteries. All movements are easily identified. This is a simpler model than some. There is no USB port, or massage, or wall hugger. I did not need any of these additions, and am very happy with what I purchased. The bed is very quiet when changing positions and definitely has a broad spectrum of movements. If you are looking for a well-built adjustable bed without additional frills, I highly recommend this bed. Should anyone wish to know, I paired the adjustable frame with a Tuft and Needle mattress.

Innaccurate Description and Seller Won't Refund Costs
Bottom line: I purchased this bed base based on false advertising. I thought it was defective and the company said they thought they could fix it, but couldn't. This week I got information and confirmation from the manufacturer that 4 features/specifications of this base were falsely advertised (3 of which were key factors in my decision to purchase). The seller is refusing to refund me unless I arrange and pay for the return (which costs more than the bed base did). At first I thought the bed base didn't do what it was/is advertised to do because it was defective. This week I learned from the Manufacturer that my bed base doesn't work as advertised because the advertisement was wrong! The manufacturer confirmed that 4 features/specifications of this base were falsely advertised (3 of which were key factors in my decision to purchase). Despite selling me a bed base under false pretense, the seller is refusing to refund me unless I arrange and pay for the return myself which costs more than the bed base cost! I recommend passing on this product! Four Features/Specifications that were/are Being Falsely Advertised by this Company (Confirmed by Manufacturer): 1-The full coverage warranty isn't 3 years long as advertised. It is only 1 year. (Actual warranty info for 1-3 years is marked in green on warranty picture if approved to be posted.)2-Bed base only inclines to 58 degrees (not 70-75 as advertised)3-Remote doesn't have the two programmable buttons advertised in addition to the two presets (i.e. four separate buttons). When I brought this up with DealBeds they said the presets can be double programmed which the manufacturer confirmed is incorrect. 4-Bed base motors aren't silent as advertised. Manufacturer agent, Harmony, described the motor volume as "loud, but not too loud." (Please note: While loud is subjective, but silent isn't and the manufacturer confirms the motors aren't silent.) Other things about the product and trying to fix it: *It articulates extremely slowly compared to other adjustable bed frames. *My bed base only sits up to 45 degrees (which is defective because it should sit up to 58 degrees, but DealBeds advertises that it sits up to 70-75 degrees). *A part was replaced to hopefully fix the problems (that I thought were defects at that point). I was told the part would arrive within 4 days, but it ended up taking over 3 months. I followed up many times during that 3 months. Additionally after the part was finally replaced and nothing improved, the seller tried to tell me there were never any issues despite what they previously said and the digital proof I shared. I wish I could go back and choose a different adjustable bed base from a company who advertises accurately and backs their product and customers. It would have saved me over $1000, about 20 hours of time contacting customer service (the company’s, amazon’s, and the manufacturer’s) to try to get things figured out. Also I would have spent the last several months using a bed frame that functions as I need it to. I can't go back, but I hope you save yourself a potentially similarly horrible experience and choose a different company.
