First one I bought was missing the third piece, the flash/umbrella mount. I was frustrated, but it happens sometimes. Amazon kindly gave me a return label, an instant refund, and told me to order another. Just got the second one in the mail, AND IT ALSO ONLY HAS TWO PIECES(The stand and umbrella, no flash/umbrella mount)!!! Apparently, even though it's clearly pictured and stated in the listing, you won't get it... Now it's been a whole week, and I'm still without the gear I wanted to try out before a shoot this weekend. Now I have to overnight something else. Furious.UPDATE: I should mention a little about the product I suppose. Obviously I don't have the mount to fully try it out, but for the low price, the stand and umbrella seem decent enough. I was plenty comfortable putting my SB-900 or SB-700 without worrying about it. The umbrella build quality(like the stand) is a bit weak and wouldn't take much abuse, but again, for the price it all seems quite good. In studio I'm expecting it would work quite well but I wouldn't trust a $500 flash on it outside in the wind, I'm sure even a small amount of wind will put this thing on the ground. I'm happy enough with the quality/price to order a different package from this company that hopefully will include the flash/umbrella mount this time. I order the kit with 6 umbrellas, 2 mounts, and 2 stands for only $44 on Amazon. Should come in the mail tomorrow....ALL of it(I hope).

Have a harder time keeping the flash as secure on this than I have on other stand/mounts that I have purchased, but it works, I just check it well with every use

Easy to put together, packaged great, umbrella seems sturdy, clean, and everything came as I had imagined. The difficulty for me was figuring out how to attach my off camera flash.

The items are very easy to assemble and lightweight. The size is suitable to transport anywhere. The umbrellas work great.

Great kit for starters. Made better than expected considering the price. Care for it as you would anything that cost you more and it should last you a good while. Great bang for the buck, arrived in great condition and fast!

the umbrella and flash bracket are great but the stand arrived broken and is a cheaply made product very dissapointing

Great price, great product so far no issues on my end cannot beat the price.However I do wish the stand collapsed a bit smaller. It is just too large for the existing bag that I have.
