Elmers Glue-All Pourable Glue, 1 Gallon

I’ve been using this Metabo grinder for stone fabrication and I’m extremely happy with it. It has plenty of power, runs very smoothly, and the variable speed control is especially useful when working with stone. Even during demanding jobs, it performs consistently and feels very solid and well built. Metabo makes excellent professional tools, and this grinder definitely lives up to that reputation. Very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommended for professional stone work.

This is now extra strong! I use it for my art projects.

What is IN this glue?! And more importantly, why did it take me so long to know that this innocent-looking white glue (that I pretty much always took to be basically a marginally stronger school glue) is one of the most versatile and effective adhesives out there, just sitting on the shelf waiting for you to try it out? I don't know. But at least now I know this stuff is out there, it's cheap, and it's awesome. This glue has worked perfectly for every task I've thrown at it so far. Initially I bought it to make an epic box castle for my kids. It worked amazingly. The adhesion between the layers of cardboard was almost like the cardboard was made in multiple layers. It was totally tight and completely bonded. The box castle got rained on the day after the party, and it didn't fall apart. It dried and was like normal, no break in the glue at all. I had tons left over (because you actually don't need to use much product for it to work), and so I started using it on various little things. Putz houses for Christmas decorating. Regluing my utensils into their handles. I glued some kids toys back together. Glued a few pieces of furniture that needed repairs. This stuff bonds as good as wood glue but can be used on, like, a zillion other surfaces just as effectively. It works great and it really also works quickly - especially between the cardboard, I found the pieces would start adhering quite fast. Summed up: Need to glue something to something else? Yeah, this'll probably do that. It will seemingly glue just about anything to just about anything and, given enough time to bond, hold until long after the last cockroach has been exterminated from the planet. Recommended if you're looking for an affordable bulk option for an effective and versatile adhesive.

I always thought the white Elmer's Glue was mainly for paper-based products. But recently I had a need to glue 4'x8' hardboard (AKA Masonite) sheets to 4'x8' rigid foam (pink) sheets. I read online in a couple of places that Elmer's can do this job, so I ordered some. Sure enough it does! I've attached a picture of three hardboard sheets that I've since painted white, fastened to rigid foam, which I then used construction adhesive to attach to the wall. (That's a 24' wide screen for displaying panoramic images.) I've had no issues with separation of the hardboard from the foam. In fact in some early tests on small pieces I worked at separating the hardboard from some foam and it was quite difficult. Generally parts of the foam separated. That's plenty good enough for me. Good job Elmer's.

The glue works perfectly but some spilled in transport. It arrived 3/4 full but I was able to get a refund and keep what was left.

Elmer’s glue is always quality. I make my own decoupage glue for years, and have never had a problem.

Es bastante bueno!! Aunque lo compre para trabajar varios materiales es muy bueno! He visto que también lo usan mucho para slimes, me daré tiempo y probaré para hacer uno para mis sobrinos! Pero funciona muy bien para proyectos escolare, manualidades y otros.

I didn’t like the smell too strong for slime making. School glue is better or amazon glue. Their clear glue is not so clear its foggy when I used it for slime.
