My toddler wanted a very specifically colored fairy costume this year for Halloween. I regularly make her costumes so I made a plan and needed a lot of tulle. This is a great value! It's the same quality as what I buy in stores but for way less. The colors are beautiful. I have a very happy toddler with her custom costume in black, green, purple, and pink.
