Yes, i wear mine with either my eyeglasses or sunglasses, but exhaling through it can cause my glasses to fog up sometimes. No big deal, would totally buy this again

How well does this do after many wash loads?

I always wash this by hand in a product like Woolite, squeeze the water out and dry flat on a towel.

Can the opening be pulled down to the chin?

it might depends how wide your face it but the good news is there is no stitching near the hole so you can stretch it
