does this bag come with a warranty?

This bag does not have a warranty but they go by the Amazon’s three month return policy. I received a new bag because of the fact that the design of the zipper latch can cause an issue because it’s not closed. Be advised if they do give you a new one it may not be the same thing as the original. The new bag they sent did not come with an inside laptop strap as my original one did.

There is no charger pack included with the bag. There is a usb cable that can plug into your battery- the other end is connected to the USB port sewn onto the bag and it is not removable.
