Great overall, but not very traditional taste.
Before I ordered this product I've seen a few bad reviews about the consistency and to be fair, they probably didn't really know what to expect from chimarrao, as it looks and feels exactly as it is supposed to. However, I must say the taste is slightly strange. Quite different from traditional chimarrao. Maybe the leaf is different, works just the same, I guess it is just down to personal taste.

Really fine
Very fine mate. Didn't work too well drinking it in the traditional way. Using other methods now, as in a Gourmia tea maker, lovely grassy flavours though.

Mostly dust
It's basically 80% dust. Please try another brand as I will not be buying this again.

it's almost all dust can't drink it because it's not possible to separate. Had to trow it away
sieve 2 times before able to drink thru my metal sieved straw to much dust. Don't know if it's a product haracteristics or poor quality but am not gona drink this

J’ai renvoyé 2 paquets sur 3 car l’autre je l’ai ouvert et mis à la poubelle ce n’ai pas de la yerba mais de la poudre imbuvable ne pas acheté se produit ou alors j’ai pas eu de chance et je suis tombé sur trois paquets défectueux dans tous les cas le vendeur m’a remboursé les deux paquets renvoyé

I really love chimarrão, this herb is delicate and intense and fine perfect for a good drink!

Je soupçonne un changement de ce maté en poudre, car la couleur, l'odeur, et le GOÛT ne sont pas les mêmes ! On aurait dit qu'ils l'ont légèrement fumé ! Dommage, mais reste bon quand même.

auf der packung steht nur Blätter 2 % stengel und KEIN STAUB. drinnen sind nur stengel und STAUB. giest man den Tee auf schwimmt eine dicke suppe aus dem Staub im Tee rum. Klassisch mit einem bombillo ist dieser Tee nicht trinkbar. der kleine Teil aus tee der ohne dem staub rumschwimmt schmeckt ganz gut aber sobald staub mitgetrunken wird ist der Tee ungeniesbar. habe den Hersteller angeschrieben wegen der Irreführenden Verpackung und die Antwort war lapidar "Chimarro ist grundsätzlich nur Staub" dann füllt den gefälligst in Packungen ab wo das Draufsteht mir kommt das ganze wie Betrug vor Eindeutig KEINE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG !!!!!!! leider denn ohne Staub würde der Tee sicher gut schmecken

Un yerba mate de style brésilien à boire avec une bomba, pour la préparation d' un très bon chimarrao au goût plus prononcé, un peut plus amer par rapport à d'autres comme Barão de cotegipe.
