Click Graphic Novels: Click Act Camp Clash Crunch Break Stuck Besties Graphic Novels: Besties: Work It Out Besties: Find Their Groove Besties: Prank War Review: The perfect book for tweens who are heading to summer camp or managing changing friendships - I have not been shy about my love for CLICK, the first book about Olive and her circle of friends and family, and this is a great follow-up. Olive and her BFF head to sleepaway camp, and there are many different people and activities to pull them in different directions. This is natural. It's expected. But it's always tricky on both ends. CAMP shows how this goes, how that thread of friendship is tested and stretched, how it can rope in others, as well. Sooo good. Exactly what our adolescents need when navigating growing friendship circles (due to new schools, new experiences) in an emotionally slippery time of love and mistakes, new interests and old connections. Bonus: instructions to make your own friendship bracelets are at the end of the book. Review: Great book - So cute! My 7 1/2 year old daughter loved this book. Sheโs heard a bunch of stories from me and my husband about our years as camp counselors, so that was one reason that she was interested. She also loves graphic novels. She got excited when I told her I would read it too. I liked that there wasnโt any kind of romantic stuff or anything that would be mostly for older girls if that makes sense- it was a good book for her age/maturity. I also like that it tackled the complexities of friendship. Sheโs going to a birthday party, and we bought it for her friend because she enjoyed it so much.

I loved it!
It was so unique. I had fun reading it and it was funny, as well as relatable, my favorite part was when Olive and Willow made up and became friends again. It made me so happy because the same exact thing happened to me when I was at camp. I had a great time reading it. I would like to read more.

A Good Book
This book was very interesting and very very calm and nice.I disliked that it was extremely short. Disclaimer this book is a graphic novel but no worries itโs still rated the same as other books I have read. I personally canโt wait to read the next one and this author is fabulous and letโs thing have real life way and less imagination which works for this book. I love this and it is rated 4 stars! Enjoy!โค๏ธ

A great graphic novel!
This is a great graphic novel for kids ages 8-12. Especially for a summer read! Here's what the story is about: Olive and Willow are best friends. The book is called Camp, so it's no surprise that they're going to camp. Olive is excited, but Willow is nervous. When they arrive at camp, Olive starts making friends with the other campers. Willow feels left out. Towards the end of the story, though, Willow becomes friend with the other campers, too. Friendship, funny moments, drama.....this book has it all! Definitely add this to your reading list.

Excellent sequel to Click!
I loved this sequel to Kayla Millerโs graphic novel Click! Olive and Willow are headed to camp. Olive is super excited, and Willowโs a bit nervous. Once they arrive, Oliveโs ready to try new activities and make new friends, and Willow is a bit more apprehensive, struggling to fit in and share Olive with the other campers. My students would refer to Willow as a โclinger.โ Being a 4th/5th grade teacher, I felt the friendship challenges were something I often see. The fear of missing out and jealousy when friend groups shift are occurrences that happen often at this age. I felt the advice given to Olive by the older campers was spot on and what kids need to hear. Added bonuses were the back-matter: instructions on how to make friendship bracelets and information on Rube Goldberg machines! Highly recommend for grades 3 and up!

Friends are hard
It is always hard going to new places and meeting new people, making friends is difficult when others hold on to you so hard they stop you having fun. This is another amazing book that really highlights the need to talk to each other and not let people dictate your actions!
