Best way to wash these?

Hi there, Since thermal pants pill easily, please follow the instructions to care your pants :) Wash inside out/Machine wash cold/Gentle cycle/Tumble dry low/Wash and dry with like colors Do not wash with prone-pilling clothing especially clothing with cotton fiber/ Do not iron Do not dry clean/Do not bleach Do not use fabric softener Best regards, Yogipace

I am a size 14-16 about 5”6 what size should i purchase

Do they shrink after wash ?

No, I have washed them a few times and they did not shrink. I do try to not dry them however, but even when I did they did not shrink.

What is fabric content? What % lycra/spandex?

92% polyester and 8% spandex. I wash all my workout clothes in warm, on delicate, and line dry. These have held up well. I have worn them quite a bit this winter, and have no problems with multiple washings.
