Is this the 800 or 800+? One of the pictures shows 800 and the other shows 800+.

never heard of an 800+. I have 2 and if there is a + great but I will say there are no -'s for the 800's.

Does the lead on a spring so that it gives with pressure?

No the lead it locked in trough a clamp system they are quite nice I have 4 of them

Do you have a .7 pencil with aball point in the same pen?

Mine are all metal. Well worth the price. I bought 4 of them.
