IDoes it come in 2 boxes? I only got the bag and nothing else.

Ours came all in 1 box. Some of the stuff was tucked inside the bag.

How much sand do u have to use in order to make it full

I filled mine with old clothes and it's fantastic. I noticed that potting soil would be cheap and fit snug inside the bag.

Can 19 years old men use this? and what size the gloves will be?

Yes y can but y will need to stuff it with sand to make the bag heavier. I got this for my 14 years old daughter and every time she kicks the bag is just flying on all directions because I had it fill with old clothing rather than sand. Also it’s clearly not the professional bag but if y not expecting that and for the price it will do . Gloves are universal I guess. I am sorry I don’t have more info or knowledge about this .

How much does it weigh filled up?

It really depends what you use to fill up the bag (sandbag, clothing, pillow, etc). The empty bag itself is around 3 pounds.
