This is the only way to buy this meat tenderizer. A small bottle at the store costs way too much. This larger container is a great value. I keep refilling my small bottle, and it is lasting a long time.

Meat Tenderizer
I used this on tougher cuts of meat, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. The texture came out noticeably more tender without changing the flavor. Pros: โข improves tenderness of tougher cuts โข does not alter flavor โข works well on beef and other meats โข not too salty like others say, I do not find the saltiness bad or too much. Cons: โข no major negatives so far Nothing complicated about it, but it does the job well. I would definitely keep it in the kitchen.

I bought this for bee, wasp, and rattle snake bites. It breaks down the protein base toxin, when applied fast, in a water paste. Works great on bees and wasps, and dont want to review snakes! I have no idea how it does with food! ๐คฃ

As Described - Read Ingredients
If you need it, it is as described. I try to avoid using it as I'm sensitive to sodium and salts. Fair price, no aroma from the product itself, flavors are enhanced but salty like most of these tenderizers. Very large size so the value is more economical than smaller ones.

I used to buy this at the grocery store long, long ago and then I couldn't find it for many years now. On a whim I looked here and voila! Fantastic! I can recommend this for inexpensive cuts of meat considering how expensive things are getting. A little goes a long way, tenderizes very nicely and so I can recommend this! One foodie to another reading this.
