HIWARE 8 Inch Non-stick Springform Pan with Removable Bottom - Leakproof Cheesecake Pan

This 7-inch springform cake pan from HIWARE has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. I primarily picked it up to use with my Instant Pot and it fits perfectly — no issues with sizing whatsoever. The non-stick coating is excellent and cakes, cheesecakes, and other baked goods release cleanly every single time without any sticking or tearing. The leakproof design is the standout feature for me. I was skeptical at first but the clasp and seal are tight and secure, and I have had zero leaks even with thinner batters. The build quality feels sturdy and well-made — not flimsy or thin like some cheaper pans I have used in the past. Cleaning is a breeze. Everything wipes off easily and it is also dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus for everyday use. The pan holds its shape and the non-stick surface has remained intact through many uses with no peeling or scratching as long as you use the right utensils. Overall this is a fantastic, reliable pan at a great price point. Whether you are using it in the Instant Pot, oven, or air fryer, it delivers consistent results. Highly recommend to anyone who loves baking or pressure cooker desserts.

I used this pan to make my raspberry lemonade basque cheese cake. Works great. Of course I take butter and rub along the edges and bottom of the pan. Anyways great pan. Didn’t have any issues. Would buy again. It virtually is non stick. After I cut the cheese cake into 10 pieces just using hot water removed most of everything that was left. Slight swipe with a soapy sponge and hot water, boom, finished. Always hand wash this. I’ve made the mistake of the dishwasher in the past and it ruins baking tins. Everything cooked evenly.

These are excellent. Cakes release easily and are easy to remove. The bases fit snuggly so there’s no leakage, and they are proving to be durable given the number of times I’ve used them now. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Made a cheesecake in it the day it arrived. Took a took a star off bc it cooks so fast. Apparently the black makes it cook faster? It cooked much faster than the other cheesecake. Still tasted good but be careful with baking times in it!! It is very sturdy and feels made well and it is a bit heavy. The one thing I don’t care for is the lip of the pan. It makes it difficult to get pieces out of the pan. Live and learn.

Needed a springform pan to make a cookie cake and I ended up opting for this set. So glad I did. They are easy to use, clean up nicely and are he perfect size!

This springform pan works great for baking. The non stick surface makes it easy to release cakes without anything sticking or breaking apart. The removable bottom is sturdy and the leakproof design actually holds up, no mess in the oven. It feels solid and well made compared to cheaper pans. Great for cheesecakes and other desserts. Definitely a reliable pan to have.

I did a cake for my boyfriend birthday,and I like this set because was really easy to wash and it didn’t stick,their weight is lightly,and is really easy to use them

This is a perfect fit in my 4-quart slow cooker. About a dozen cheesecakes later, still no signs of leaking. I do lightly grease it before using; however, the one time I forgot it wasn't an issue at all. Absolutely nothing stuck.
