Great for pain

Like a multivitamin who knows if it does anything. This is the same way. All the literature and medical journals say its a promising product. Its labeled as a plant polyphenol from the flavonoid group. I chase it with 500mg of Resveratrol which benefits from Quercetin(so says the health professionals). Ill do an update in 50years to let you know if I have all the health benefits they say Quercetin can give. On the up side what I can tell you is that it does not upset my stomach or have any taste to the capsules. No negative side effects have been felt. Good price from what I believe is a reputable company.

I used this to lower my inflammatory markers and blood work improved a lot

Both my wife and I find this to be a high quality product that does make a significant difference in our adverse reactions to seasonal allergies. In reality where we live I north Florida allergy season is "all the time" so this product is essential. I cannot say that it eliminates all symptoms of allergies but it does offer some relief to the aches, pains, burning, inflammation, etc. If y out do use this product I recommend combining with a high quality vitamin C complex.

Lifetime of agony all changed after a week of consuming these puppies. I grew up with sinusitis and extreme allergies to Mississippi ragweed and other stuff in the yard I’m always getting caught up in. I’ve had septoplasty surgery due to the Chronic infections. Always suffering in summer when all buddies are out having fun. Someone told me about this stuff and I figured I’d give it a shot. Spent far more on slim chances. Let me tell you. It’s mid May and I should be sneezing and feeling like a horse kicked me in the face. I feel at least 90% relief. I can sense the allergies but they are at bay. This will save me from taking antihistamines and pseudoephedrine which is the only thing that ever helped me. This along with nasal irrigation has been a life changer. So thankful to hear I’d this stuff!

This supplement does the job well! I mostly use it for histamine intolerance (having allergy-like symptoms when I eat high-histamine foods like spinach, fermented foods, alcohol, etc.). It even helped when I had a major reaction to something where my throat was tightening up, which was a little scary. But I took this and within a few minutes I was fine, thankfully! I think because I have been regularly taking this supplement to help reduce the histamine in my body and the reactions I get from high histamine foods/alcohol, I had practically NO seasonal allergies this past Fall--which is highly unusual because I am very allergic to ragweed. Although ragweed was everywhere when I'd take walks around the lakes here, I had very little issue!

I’ve been using solaray products for many many years! Started using them with my husband before he died 29 years ago. This product has helped my immune system. And I take it daily as added protection! Great product.

Como todos los productos de Solaray, excelente. Yo lo utilizo como antihistamínico, me lo aconsejó el dermatólogo para que mi psoriasis no picara tanto. La tengo en las manos y si lo tomo siempre es un gran alivio, ya que me destrozaba las manos de tanto picor que tenía en ellas. Ahora solo a veces tengo un ligero picor en los brotes.

Me lo recomendaron para la alergia y harto de tomar anti estamínicos decidí probar. A mi me ha ido muy bien, la alergia no desaparece del todo (tampoco con los anti estamínicos) pero se reduce muchísimo.

En mi opinion una de las mejores marcas de quercetinas. Yo utilizo este complemento por temporadas para mis alergias y es buenísimo. Buenos ingredientes.
