Lions Mane has been documented to help with focus and concentration and it’s definitely helped me with mine. This Organic Lions Mane Mushroom Capsule is very good. As someone who has ADD, this gave me a definite push in the right direction. After taking it for a few weeks, I noticed a difference. I was finishing projects and being much more proactive. It really helped with my mental clarity. I did not have any digestive issues. The dose was perfect and so easy to take. It did not help with sleep quality or pain relief, but I wasn't taking it for that.

Always look up side affects of Lions mane before jumping to buy. My first dose gave me terrible indigestion-- pain, plus lose bowels all day. It's supposed to be very good for your gut, but just can't go there again. I'm giving it to a friend who wants it.

This product is lethal. My son started taking this and has severe effects for an otherwise healthy child. He started having consistent blackout within 5 days and eventually this resulted in catastrophic hallucination the day of his Level exam so he could not sit his exam. Do not buy!
