Durable and reliable!
This Camtainer is excellent quality, very sturdy and built to last. It holds temperature really well, keeping drinks hot or cold for hours, which makes it perfect for events, church gatherings, or parties. The 5-gallon capacity is generous, and the handle design makes it easier to transport than I expected. Cleanup is simple, and the black color looks sleek and professional. Definitely worth the investment!

What happened to Cambro Products?
Cambro was once the best but not anymore. The coffee hot box drips on deliveries. It is a big mess. I do not know what happened to the company. Thankfully my client lost the box at an event and purchased us a new one. She chose PYY Beverage dispenser. This PYY is amazing. It doesn drip at all and is cheaper. So happy she lost that Cambro dispenser.

This is probably good for most purposes
It's decent quality, but I use this for business purposes and I was hoping it would hold temp for 6-8 hours. I think this loses "piping hot" status after about four hours, so it depends on your needs. This is probably good for most purposes. Good materials in durable.

Works well
Using this for outside business events. Has kept coffee hot for over 8 hours. We buy coffee from businesses who sell it to us in cardboard takeaway boxes that we pour into the cambro. The takeaway boxes only keeps the coffee hot for an hour or less. Well worth the cost.
