Gourmet Spice Company Mild Chimichurri Rub 35 g

I tried this Gourmet Spice Company Mild Chimichurri Rub recently, and it’s quickly become a staple in my kitchen. The flavor is fresh and herb-forward, giving meat, vegetables, or even tofu a nice lift while keeping it mild. Really tasty chimichurri with a nice, fresh flavour. It’s mild but still has a good zing, perfect for grilled meats or drizzling over roasted veg. I like that it’s ready to go—super convenient. I like to mix it with a bit of oil and then drizzle that over what i'm cooking. Overall, a great shortcut to add flavour without the fuss

Only one problem, ive never had chimi churri before.I mixed with greek olive oil, white vinegar and crushed garlic, and had it with some sausages... Tastes alright, i just dont know if it tastes as it should.... I will have to find a Proper recipe.

Ahh, this is class through and through. Don't think it is like any basic herb for it is not. For the low cost if you enjoy experimenting when you cook throw a spoon or two in whatever you have going on. My wife is the cook and I've startyed saying WOW again and again.

Love this herb mix , use it to make a cream sauce .. onions , mushrooms ,beef stock pot, spice mix and cream

Not enough flavour, expected better. I’ve had proper chimichurri from Argentinian friends and this is not it.

My only advice is to mix it with oil for the ingredients to hydrate and just drizzle it over what ever you like

I saw a recipe using this seasoning but had never heard it ordered it and was extremely surprised at the flavour it has it is very very nice and makes a lovely marinade or rub. So glad I found this seasoning
