Can I use this enlarger if I want to print using 6x6 film?

Theoretically yes , in reality no , not is it's original condition . You would have to replace the negative carrier with one that has a larger opening . I wouldn't suggest it and the cost might not be worth it .

Does this enlarger have a lens attached?

Mine came with the lens attached.

Does it hav a built in timer, or what do you recommend I buy?

Doesn't have a built in timer but any kitchen timer will work just as well. This enlarger is great for wreck relational purposes and there is a starter kit out there u can get all other material needed to start a darkroom. They have it on amazon I believe
