How easy is it to use with iMac? I read Dragon dictation is not compatible. Does that mean there is no way to copy the recordings onto the iMac?

Don't know if this helps, but I copy files onto my macbook Air quite easily. I just connect it via the USB connection, open the icon for the recorder, open the folder that has the file I want to copy and drag it where I want it on my computer. I haven't mastered file management on the recorder itself yet, but it really isn't a problem, because I only really care what folder a file is in on my computer. I play recordings on i-tunes. If I can be of any other help, let me know. I use it to record interviews and have played around a lot with different situations. The size makes it easy to carry it in my purse and pull out as needed.

How is the recording quality for concerts? i.e. LOUD EVENT~!

I've used this for many, many concerts. You MUST make sure that you set it in music mode (which defaults the volume level to low). As long as you do that, you'll have pretty good sound quality even if it is very loud or close to the stage. I hide the recorder near my lap, and so the chairs block some of the sound, and so I usually give it a boost between 1k-2k afterwards.

Does this recorder allow me to rename a folder to anything that I want? Example: Folder A will be named, "Business" and folder B will be named, "Class

Yes. You can create and name your own folders on this device. You can rename existing folders. Plug it into your computer and it comes up like an SD card.
