great product and a Responsive and helpful seller
The quality of the product is excellent and it makes terrific cornmeal. I had some problems with storing it. Moisture can be a problem if you store it in a sealed container. Brian was very helpful and he and I have had a correspondence about how to take care of my corn. He keeps a very high standard for his product and he will stand behind it fully. Even though I spoiled some of my corn through improper storage (completely my fault), he generously offered a replacement.

Good product for home milling
