Works amazingly! A brilliant thing to use. Definitely soothes your head and at a reasonable price!

My wife had an operation on her forehead and there is nerve damage which takes months apparently to reduce this patch in conjunction with painkillers really does help you can use them a few times before they lose their stickiness. We keep the boxes in the fridge that helps as well.

Love these. Have suffered from migraines and headaches for over a decade and find these so helpful. Have used them for years and can be more helpful than some medications. I find them especially useful if I'm going to bed or for a nap and find it can really help the pain.

I suffer with regular migranes and these combined with a dark quiet room helps massively. I always keep several packs im the house just to be on the safe side.
