Only brand of needles I will buy

These are the best brand of machine needles in my opinion. They are sharp and durable. I have tried other brands, but these are superior. The cost may be a bit more than some other brands, but in the long run the product is worth the price. I am an experienced seamstress and understand how much easier it is having the right tools. These needles are the best on the market.

I've been using a sewing machine now for about a year. I got a few free needles with my machine. Well, I've used them all now, so needed more. The 80/12 size seemed to be the most useful for me, as I tend to sew on quilting cotton. I bought a small pack of Schmetz to start off with. Honestly, I could not believe the difference in quality when I starting sewing with them, compared to the free ones. They are very sharp, and have never broken on me. Like most crafts, using quality tools ensures a quality outcome. Schmetz are maybe a little higher cost than random generic needles, but they actually save you money in the long term as you don't need to change as often. This bulk pack offers additional savings, so you can't lose. If you enjoy sewing, either as an experienced seamstress or a beginner, these needles will make a difference to your finished project. Sharp needles don't damage the fabric as much and the holes they leave are minimal - even if you have to unpick!

These fit in my Singer without any issue. The quality is fine. I might be set for life for needles - these are a beautiful all-rounder kind of needle for woven fabrics.
