Love this pillow ?! It’s so comfy and the different sizes in memory foam that they provide you really help when my neck needs more support some times. And I am very picky about my pillows due to the fact that I have had two car accidents within a year of each other. So my neck is really messed up. And this pillow has such wonderful support and I do not wake up with headaches or neck pain.

I have been using this pillow for more than 10 years and it is absolutely essential for me. It holds my neck in upright position and offers great support. I can sleep on the side but it is much better for sleeping straight on my back.

Arrived smelling like rotten fish. Took a week to try to eliminate stink. The pillow itself is such thin, cheap foam. This pillow is NoT worth 68.95. I was incapacitated for a week in my apt.so could not return it. I threw it out because I could not totally get rId of the smell and it was not worth saving, I decided .cheap piece of thun foam

This pillow looked very cheap at first when I opened the carton, the inserts even looked cheaper and so soft, but when I inserted the firm and extra firm inserts, I was quite surprised how very firm the pillow was, to be honest, I was blown away. I inserted the extra firm on the lower lobe of the pillow and then the firm insert at the higher lobe, I slept on the lower lobe and it was very comfortable, woke feeling energised and no pain! I think you should just try the different inserts on the different lobes to find your comfort zone, this pillow is really surprising me on how it supports my neck. I just got it yesterday and still testing so I will rate 4 stars for now, will try to provide an update after a week or 2.

I was rear-ended a few years ago and have issues with straightening of my neck, herniations, as well as muscle spasms/pain from desk work, etc. I was gifted a Wal-pil-o (Roloke) Jr Hi from a friend with similar issues and it was a dream! However, 5 years later, the foam got too soft and maybe the curve was better in my neck, but suddenly the lower pillow wasn't supporting my neck--at all. I was waking up with daily headaches. So I have tried about 20 pillows from Amazon and various stores. My husband even ended up using one I bought for myself--it was like Goldilocks and finding that "just right" height and curve to fit my neck. NONE have worked for me except this one. I followed the instructions and used it for a couple nights with the original (white) insert and then noted it was "too soft" even though it was okay the first 2 days. Last night I put in the first (blue) tube and had the perfect amount of support. I have no headache this morning. The spasms aren't as bad in my shoulders either. I think I would have hurt my neck had I put the blue insert in first day. It is not like a traditional pillow--it sleeps "harder" than most. You will feel the push into the back of your neck, but I would recommend following the instructions and upgrading the firmness of the pool noodle (lol) over the course of a few days--don't just jump into the harder ones. This is from a person who used a VERY similarly shaped pillow with the same style of hard foam support for years--so I was used to it, or so I thought. I am currently sleeping on the smaller/lower side of the pillow and I think after a few weeks/months, I'll be able to upgrade to the larger side of the pillow, which also fits my neck. I'm 5'5". No smells, no issues with quality or construction. It's a little snug in a traditional pillow case, so even though it comes with its own cover, you may want to find a better/larger pillow case (maybe a sham?) so as not to squish the pillow and change the shape of the foam. I hope this review and the pillow help you as it has been helping me! Note: 3 years and 2 pillows later, I still stand by my review for the quality of neck pain relief. However, the foam ONLY LASTS 6 MONTHS!! The inserts start to soften, they fail, and the foam loses all ability to support you...I even replaced the black one with a pool noodle for firm support. I did contact the manufacturer and ask for replacement inserts or a way to buy replacement inserts, and I was directed to buy another pillow. Hence the lower stars. Still best for cervical pain relief despite this.

If you ordered this pillow years ago, you would be disappointed in the quality of the foam that is now used. That said, there is no pillow on the market that works as well (for me) as this design. Memory foam pillows, even with the cervical wave, don't allow for proper neck support. This design with the core insert gives actual support. I first used the Core Double Core cervical pillow over thirty years ago after a neck injury. It was suggested by my chiropractor at the time and made a huge difference in sleeping comfort, providing the neck support I needed. It may initially take a few days to find the right core, but it is worth the effort. I am a side sleeper. Neck injury. Chronic migraines. Since my initial purchased, I have never found another pillow that comes close to providing the neck support I need for a good night sleep. It's worth giving it a few days (or weeks) if you are struggling with pain issues, as it might take a bit of time to adjust.

OK, I'm rating 5 stars because I have been trying for a year to replace my last pillow that really helped my neck, but is no longer available. In that time, I have bought several different memory foam contour pillows that claim to have good neck support, but they don't! They are squishy and sink to almost flatness during the night., despite all the scamming claims to be supportive, so that you will spend big bucks to buy them! If you truly need neck support, as in keeping your cervical vertebrae aligned while you sleep, there has to be actual support in place. In the last effective pillow I had, there was a stiffer round foam 'noodle' built into the memory foam contour, and it worked perfectly to support my neck in comfort. It started breaking down after a couple of years, and I couldn't find another one, aftering paying $$$ for several others. I finally found this one with changeable cores and structured foam. It helped, but the pillow itself was too low profile for me. So aftering reading other reviews, I hit upon adding the Minupwell low profile cotton pillow (available on amazon), together with this pillow into my king sized pillow case. This is working fairly well for me, I would rate it 4-4.5*. It's not as perfect as my best pillow was, which had the noodle combined with memory foam, but most of the time my neck isn't aching like with just memory foam. Also having the different noodles to switch around has been great, the middle one working well for me.

The first pillow I got from this company, although looked slightly used, worked great and solved a lot of pain issues. But then it got old and less supportive so I ordered the second pillow (same core). The pillow was different from the first and did not resolve pain issues as the first one and did not last as long.. So I have now gotten tired of that one and the pain, and ordered this one ( the third pillow) which is absolute cheap junk as the design is different (flatter and not supportive) and the material is beyond cheap. Even the x-firm and firm do not have much support and degraded in a week. I can't see it lasting over 1 month. Core products has taken a unique pillow that really solved a problem and turned it into a useless piece of crap. It is cheaply constructed., so much so that it has lost its original purpose. Chiropractors used to recommend this pillow, but I can't see any reputable doctor recommended this crap now. It is so poorly made that once you snap in the core, they won't stay in place. I am disappointed in this pillow right out of the box but will keep it as I can't find anything else at the moment. So the price went up and the quality went down, WAY DOWN, on this product although they did have a good idea, just did not implement it well. And it is just not that, they took a good product and made it into complete useless junk. I urge the company to work on this and go back to the pillow you manufactured years ago. 5/16: I can't stand this worthless pillow with no support (even using firm and x-firm cores) one more day. Called the company, a complete idiot responded. I kept calling back and finally got a rep with some sense who admitted other people had called with much the same complaint.
