I love the smell of this! It takes away pet stains, laundry stains, better than anything else out there. I definitely recommend!

I have been using this product for years, and it is wonderful at removing odors from fabrics, especially pets. With its enzymes, it doesn’t cover odors with a chemical flowery smell. So you know you’re healthy, and it smells so good. Almost a lemony type of scent. I bought it in concentrate this time because I keep several bottles around the house.

Not strong chemical smell. Does job so my dog doesnt remark the same spot.

Have been using it for years. This bottle is a replacement of the used up one.

Congratulations on finding Biokleen. Especially if you've got a senior cat with litter box issues!!This is one of the few enzyme cleaners that fully eliminates cat pee odor from new cat pee spots. I found out that not all enzyme cleaners use the appropriate enzymes to remove cat urine. Apparently Biokleen uses the correct enzymes, otherwise I wouldn't get such great results. I've told other cat people & now they're hooked on it as well. Just be careful on hardwood floors, it lightened mine when I left it on. I'd rather have to restain my floor, than smell cat urine. Yuck.I've also found it useful on:-greasy stovetops & burnt on foods-stains that didn't come out of white carpet after shampooing-speeds up slow drains, so the shower won't turn into a bath-I've even used it to pretreat laundry stains, whenever I've run out of my usual product.-It even removes blood!In fact, anytime & everytime I ever run into something that won't come perfectly clean, I reach for the Biokleen!

My elderly cat had an accident on our 1 yr old leather couch. I used Natures' Miracle 3 different times on the sections of the couch and it really helped but there was a faint odor lingering. All sites i read recommended this product but none sold it for less than 25 bucks. I felt I could do better. After 2 weeks of searching for this Bac-Out product I finally found it here for a higher price than I hoped but no local stores carry this. Another week passed until I received this and so after 3 weeks and 2 days of the urine odor sitting on the leather I had no hope. Used the Bac-Out lightly twice on the areas and NO MORE Horrible smells!

I bought this for stain removal. It is ok, but I have to treat the fabric several times and let it sit for a couple of days before washing. So, just ok.

I have a 2 yr old male cat that had cystitis and we found he peed on my NEW couch inbetween both cushions which were non removable. I doused it with a typical cat urine removing product Plus injected the cushions with the same product, let it sit and then shampooed the large wet area with a spot bot bissell cleaner; results = it stunk even worse of a combination of cat urine and the product we used. A week later, we found the area saturated again - 2 MORE times! - the cat went back to it. UGH. Then I tried agent orange as directed on the bottle (still injecting it into the couch). OMG - do not get that product for upholstery. It reeked so bad of an orange industrial smell that neither my husband or I wanted to sit on the couch! 1 month later, I tried vinegar and water (injecting and shampooing) to try to get the smell out and the vinegar smell DID NOT go away. I was at my wits end when I tried this product. FINALLY. OMG - it completely took ALL smells out, my couch is back to great shape and my cat has not gone back to it! GET IT! FYI - it you do this to a piece of upholstery I suggest a strong fan on it over many days plus adding a dehumidifier to prevent mildew and mold. I kept air blowing on my couch for 5 to 7 days while running my dehumidifier.
