Easy install, very sturdy
After our previous reverse osmosis faucet broke, we installed this one. I expected an hour of struggling with plumbing, but no! This was very easy to install and works wonderfully. Strong stream of water, easy operation, 360-degree swivel. Very nice.

Looks good , works well . You have to cycle the handle several times to get it seated in, mine dripped slightly till I worked the handle about 8 times or so.

Skip the APEC faucet. Buy this!
I've had several APEC water filtration systems in my homes. I originally used the faucet that came with the system. I recently replaced my main faucet and wanted a dispenser that matched my new faucet. I originally purchased the APEC one. The directions were horrible. I called APEC customer service, explained the situation and they said they'd respond. ONE MONTH LATER, I'm still waiting. I returned the APEC and purchased this one because of the wonderful installation video. It cost $10 more, but is a much higher quality than the one from APEC. I'm glad I spent the extra money.

Parts were a direct replacement to a Watts Premier water filtration system
I had a Watts Premier filtration system installed 10 years ago and the spout tip had corroded badly from hard water and was rusting around the tip. Watts Premier does not have replacements on their website. Parts from this faucet were direct replacements to my old faucet so I didn't need to replace the entire unit. I replaced the corroded screw on spout as well as the internal valve body. Took all of 10 minutes. The finish even matched. Looks like new and works like new. Saved me a lot of money and hassle even though I didn't use the entire faucet. I'll save it in case I need it in the future.

Appears to be of midline quality, Parts to assemble are substandard quality
The quality seems fair however the base plate is substandard and bent in with simple installation to keep the faucet in a fixed position on my grainite counter. The assembly parts seem very cheaply made. I ordered an air gap one by accident and the quality of that unit was far superior not only in the faucet itself but the ancillary installation parts

My old one that was installed by the water company blew a seal, they wanted a crazy amount of $ to come replace, so i got this one and did it myself. Super easy to install. Def Recommend
