is the hotmelt waterproof ?? can It be used in bathroom and on kitchen sink for filling the gaps ??

The hotmelt glue is waterproof. We can even use this to seal electric equipments which needs to be submerge in water like electric pump. However I doubt whether it would stick to concrete successfully in your case, especially if concrete itself is not firm.
