Hydration leg cramps are caused by an imbalance in sodium, calcium, potassium or magnesium. Cuprum works within 5 -10 min for me, but not always all day fix. It doesn't contains all of the above. Suggestions are eating right: Sports drinks (for sodium), Bananas (potassium), Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, Yogart & Nuts will help to replenish those. My Dad was in construction & during the hot months, He took salt tablets every night.
