Great for practicing instrumentation
I just got this to practice my instrumentation for dental hygiene school. I love it! Light weight and great for practicing my indirect vision and fulcrum.

Mirror fogging causes problems
The metal isn't very strong and could be easily bent, and I was also hoping the mirror would be anti-fog but it's not. After a couple seconds it fogs up so much you can't see anything.

Get it!
*Having this mirror does not replace the need for regular dental cleanings* I have a bridge and bought this mirror to check if I am removing tarter from my hard-to-see areas. It works great!

You, too, can play dentist
What's there to say. it has a mirror and handle and is stainless. warm it up in water and get a peek at whatever it is stuck between your teeth. If that's your thing.

As a former dental assistant, this is exactly what I needed. *tip* use another light to bounce light off the mirror onto your teeth. Look for redness around your gumline ... that is a clue to where you may be missing your toothbrush. Great for parents to use for children too, ensure they are brushing thoroughly!
