Strong like ox, heavy like lead
I guess one begets the other, but the Granit works well so far: Criteria 1) the d latches and the the lock turns and 2) I still have a bike in my possession.Despite it's diminutive size it is pretty heavy (I tend to wear my lock as I can't stand the rattling that comes with a d-lock frame bracket). However it is lighter that the Kryptonite equivalent, which I had to return - it was so heavy I was worried I would develop a scoliosis.

Great little lock
Great lockIt’s bigger brother has a great reputation and comes with a mounting bracket.You can find great video’s on you tube when they test it.This lacks the bracket but has the same excellent build quality.Reducing size means reducing weight while maintaining the same build quality and excellent theft protection.However make sure the size is big enough for your bike and locking demands.At work I have to carefully place my bike near/against a rack but it works great.Only downside was that lubrication wasn’t optimal out of the box but this could easily be fixed.Considerable weight reduction compared to kryptonite new york locks and it’s bigger counterpart.

Great Lock - WHY NO BRACKET!
Excellent lock if you're happy to secure just your frame (you can't get a wheel through as well).These fit the old Granit 53 USH brackets but I can't find one anywhere, which is infuriating. They don't fit the 540 brackets, which is also infuriating.
