Specifications are correct

Just tried out a cell and i am very pleased. My multi-meter read 4.1V and 21ma. This was in direct sunlight. Sundance Solar went above and beyond for me. They didn't have the cell i was looking for in stock. No fault of there own, the warehouse was out. I went a week or so before I called asking where my panels were. They apologized and told me of the supply issue. I then went and found this solar cell and asked if they would pay for shipping since i already waited a week. They were more than gracious. They not only paid the shipping, but also sent it priority mail. Now I am off to design the next great invention! Thanks Sundance! Will be ordering again.
