The labels shows: **Enzyme Activated Mineral. The magnesium is an enzyme activated mineral. The elemental minerals undergo an enzymatic process, whereby the mineral is bound to a whole food protein source. It’s magnesium and its natural form.

I see that others have asked what type of Magnesium is in this product. It's a question that matters -- why won't the manufacturers give an answer??

Well, not sure but would think all forms of magnesium because of all of the ingredients. I can't help you because most sources do not list the type of magnesium in the herbs and other ingredients listed. This product is being discontinued and I have no idea why so maybe that is why they did not respond or they don't know. I sure gave up trying to figure out what the heck kind of magnesium was in the various ingredients.

Nowhere on the bottle does it say what the form is. On mine, it just says "enzyme activated magnesium." It is a very good, effective supplement, though.
