Perfect sized pool, enough to fit into our London sized (small) garden and big enough for our tweens and teenagers to still have fun. Good, sturdy construction, cat paws-proof unlike the inflatable kinds!

Arrived with a puncture so now we have the headache of returning and refilling.

Really pleased that we’ve bought this pool. I was tempted by the 12 foot but glad I got the 10 foot as it’s plenty big enough!

A great pool very sturdy, 10 ft is a great size perfect for our not so big garden . Very Happy .

Am not asking for a refund as it was bought in the winter for my grandson to use in summer its had a lot of repairs and this morning went out to find 2 more leaks on the outer walls now no ones been in it yet ?,? Surely the liners at fault and may be replace the liner for me thankyou ....

Easy to set up took 4-6 hours to fill up kids love it

The pool itself is a good pool as expected. However, there are some quality control issues and the subsequent customer service was poor. The pool came with a filter pump which is essential for a pool this size. However, the pump came with all the wrong fittings for the pump and had a European plug despite explicitly stating on the product description that it had a UK one. I fed this back to seller only to be told: “ hello in hardware store you will surely find a reduction from uk to shuko“!!! Firstly, poor customer service given the product did not meet the seller description and, given this is an outdoor product, I do not want to be using plug converters. Secondly, this response did not address the wrong parts of the pump which rendered it inoperable. I have had no further response from the seller on any of this. So while a good pool, very poor customer service so be careful.

Despite the description explicitly stating that this item is supplied with a UK plug, it is not. It comes with a 2 pin plug. The instructions clearly state not to use with an adapter or extension is it is not safe to do so. Without a pump the pool is useless, unless you want to be changing the 4500L of water every couple of days.

A very good quality pool. We used it for two years and it was still in good order. Would happily buy another one.

Dieses Gerät ist einfach unschlagbar. Es ist super verabeitet und vor allem macht es wozu es gebaut wurde! Es ist schnell geliefert worden in einer Super Verpackung. Ausgepackt und los geht es. Hier ist genau wie es sein sollte - alles erklärt sich von alleine. Bisher bin ich nach langem Gebrauch immer noch sehr zufrieden mit dem Teil. Alles funktioniert weiterhin und es gabt keine Probleme. Ein Gerät welches sehr zu empfehlen ist!

Super content de mon achat. Piscine de bonne qualité, livré avec la pompe. Les enfants sont ravies. Nous avons rencontré un petit soucis mais le vendeur a su régler le problème et très rapidement.

Antes de comprarla leí varios comentarios criticando la calidad y el montaje. Sobretodo me llamó la atención una persona que decía que eran de mala calidad y que las vendían defectuosas. PARA NADA. Es estupenda, una calidad perfecta para el precio (93€ con depuradora) de 305cm. El montaje no es difícil, te recomiendan en el manual que lo hagas entre dos personas y que comiences por el aro de arriba. No lleva más de media hora, más luego ajustar un pelín las patas tras el llenado. Las personas que quieren montar sin leer instrucciones ponen críticas poco constructivas. La calidad es estupenda, bien gruesa. Trae todas las piezas de montaje. Si es cierto que dependiendo del uso la depuradora puede quedarse pequeña. Por lo demás es perfecta. Relación calidad-precio de 10!
