I swapped some bulky stools in my beach Airbnb for these! What great decision! They are very versatile and store neatly under the counter. The quality was surprisingly good for the price. Padding can be added but I love the crisp white look. These were easy to put together and are easily moved as needed. The simplicity of these made me happy!

Amazon Basic stool is just that- basic. But overall fits the bill. Fairly easy to put together, I like the added foot rest railing made of metal. The stool is counter height and stable and true to the black color pictured. It remains to be seen if the color holds up or fades. They are pretty stable but sadly not that comfortable (good enough for me to sit and eat my morning bowl of cereal but not to hang out for an extended period of time). The saddle isn’t quite as curved as I had hoped from the picture, so it feels harder than I expected. That being said, they are more for aesthetic and additional seating for me so it’s not a big deal. But if you are going to be using these a lot or for primary seating, you might be disappointed with the comfort level.

Easy to put together and impressive quality.

It's nice that companies feel the need to supply a tool (3/16 allen wrench) but personally I'd rather they supplied quality hardware (or extra hardware if they can't bother with quality). No extra hardware and one of the screws broke while tightening (see pic). Which really makes it tough to finish a build since, ya know.. they can't make hardware out of quality material or give you an extra. I ended up taking it and using a dowel and wood glue I had (since many of the holes were just a bit big it actually worked out) and using that on the back cross beam so it should end up fine. There were holes drilled too big. Most of them didn't go too deep though. On one of the holes I had the screw strip at the end and ended up using ye ol' trusty wood glue once again. Sure I could have tore them both down and sent back but it was a relatively easy fix I had the items for. But Buyer beware, if you don't have the items lying around, you may think twice. The stools look nice and I'm sure they'll work so you get 3 stars. Minus a star for poor hardware and no extras. Then another for bad quality assurance (does a machine drill these holes or some person with no clue how to use a hand drill? No drill press is going to do that bad of a job..). This product got such great reviews and was a great price for two stools. Well in my case, the old adage of "you get what you pay for" fits here. When wood glue does a better job than a metal screw, you need to rethink your supplied materials.

Habe mir die zwei Hocker für meine neue Wohnung gekauft, da diese zur Küche hin eine Durchreiche mit Theke hat wo man sich wunderbar für einen Snack oder auch Essen hinsetzen kann. Passt hervorragend, zumal die Hocker eine schmale Sitzfläche haben die nicht allzu stark in den Raum reichen wenn man die Hocker nicht braucht. Die Qualität und Stabilität ist für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Aufbau ist dank der guter Anleitung schnell erledigt und schon fast selbsterklärend. Also volle Empfehlung von mir.
