Excellent item for kitchen cooks....So many uses and quality is wonderful. Much better than the silicone one I have, especially for onion rings, ect...belongs in every cooks kitchen!

Loved the results! Baked batter in pan with light spray for 15 min @ 350. Quick release and perfectly shaped chocolate doughnuts. Plan to experiment with different recipes… will be using these ALOT. Bought again so I’d have a total of 4 pans (24 wells) for future baking. Highly recommend.

Only 4 stars because I've had it less than a week, but the first few trials of this pan have been amazing. I made honey-sweetened corn muffin batter and piped it into a muffin pan and this doughnut pan and did a side-by-side bake in a 350F oven. Both pans were greased with a light spray of canola oil. I routinely use an oven thermometer to see when baked goods are done (>185F). The doughnuts finished about 5 minutes early, which is to be expected as there's no hidden center. So I took out the doughnut pan and let the muffin pan go 5 minutes longer. Both pans allowed the pastries to pop out effortlessly. My muffin pan gets a little sticky but this pan left not a crumb behind. Both pans gave a nice crown on the batter and golden-brown sides. Predictably, the muffins, being thicker, were a bit softer in the middle, whereas the thinner doughnuts had more of a crusty texture and bite. Either way, all was delicious. 2 pans = 12 doughnuts and believe me you are going to want them.

I absolutely love this pan! I had to order another one so I can bake a dozen donuts at the same time. It's very easy to clean, the size makes perfect donuts. The pan is very sturdy. Definitely worth the money!

This is a great donut pan for beginners! I bought it so that I could try out making donuts without the frying. It worked well and made great donuts. I would recommend making the donuts with a baked donut recipe, not cake mix. However if you do want to use cake mix, the best way to do it would be to fill the pan about a 1/4 or 1/3 way full. Overall it’s a good pan and perfect for the price.

Donut pan delivered yesterday... This morning, my husband made our first batch of baked donuts before I even got out of bed. He's the early riser. :) I ordered this Donut Pan, however, I think now he is even more excited about it than I am!! He made the recipe that came with the pan. When the donuts were through baking, and out of the pan,with a pastry brush, he lightly applied melted butter to both sides. Immediately, he dipped each one in a shallow bowl of mixed cinnamon & sugar. I had read that the muffin-donuts tasted more like something between a muffin and donut. So we were mentally prepared if we didn't have the entire donut experience! Well, we felt like it was more like 80-90% cake-style donut. We are VERY happy with the out come. Most all people love donuts, however, we don't have them often, due to the high fat content. Well, we know that these are low in fat, even with the brushed on butter, because he did it lightly...Hey, you have to have something to make the cinnamon/sugar or powered sugar stick to the donut don't you? I have cooked for a long time, we have two adult children. The baked donut was a new concept to us; we are on board now! The donuts are a little smaller then a traditional donut. but not by much. I ate two this morning, with coffee, GUILT FREE~! I can't wait to try other recipes~!! IMPORTANT: NEVER OVER STIR YOUR DONUT BATTER, BLEND JUST TILL INGREDIENTS ARE MIXED. OVER STIRRING WITLL MAKE THE DONUTS TOUGH AND TOO CHEWY.

Just used this. Really like the size of doughnuts. Just the right size for snacks. No stick, easy cleanup. I'm going to use this for pound cake strawberry shortcake. This will give me a small, neat, easy portion for strawberry shortcake. All kinds of possibilities for use. Not just for doughnuts.

Ottimo prodotto. Vi consiglio di oleare comunque lo stampo prima di versare il prodotto. Si lava molto bene. L'ho usato subito semplificando la ricetta presente sulla confezione. Se volete per 6 ciambelle le dosi sono queste: 130 gr di farina (io ho usato quella di riso) 80 gr di zucchero 68 gr di latticello (68 gr di latte vaccino+1 cucchiaio di succo di limone) 1 pizzico di sale 1 cucchiaino di lievito vanigliato per dolci 1 uovo 1 cucchiaio di olio di semi di girasole 200° per 7/8 minuti

Es un producto de muy buena marca, está claro que será un buen producto. La verdad es que es de buen material, se limpia muy fácil, se desmolda muy bien, no ocupa casi lugar y no pesa. La medida de los donuts es ideal. Sin duda lo recomiendo, es de los pocos moldes que me has salido bien y de calidad, es difícil encontrar buenos moldes. Este es uno de ellos.
