When using the hose attachment, does the water automatically shut off when a certain level is attained?

There is a review that says adults cannot fit underneath, can anyone confirm? Would a 6 foot tall person be able to sit underneath the bucket?

I have used this product for a couple of years now and have had people well over 6 feet tall under jt. The key is that no one stands under the bucket, everyone sits under the bucket. I use a lawn chair.
