Worlds Within Worlds

Not the best pictures as I'm working at night, but this book is beautiful. The images are stunningly intricate without being too difficult to colour and so interesting to explore while colouring. The paper is great quality and normal pens don't bleed (alcohol marker will). There are only 2 problems I have with this book, but they do not take away my enjoyment. 1. The illustrations are back to back so I can't use my alcohol markers without ruining the peice behind it. Some of Kerby's books are blank behind each single page image so I'll just use markers in those instead. 2. The double page spreads while beautiful, are difficult to lay flat, and some of the details get lost in the binding of the book (as shown in the picture). It's not the end of the world but it's a bit annoying. If these books were bound to lie flat, they would be the perfect books! In summary, there are hours of work put into this and hours of enjoyment to be had out of it. I'd recommend any of Kerby's books but this one is especially well designed and thought out. There isn't a single page in there that is seen in the other books (some others books are just repeats of previous work) and have a stunning theme to them. Just buy the book, you won't be disappointed!

I am a huge fun of Kerby but I am not crazy about his last two books, Fantomorphia and Geomorphia. Colormorphia is fantastic but it is a collection of his best designs, not a new book. As soon as I saw that he got a new book out, I did a little research and it seemed promising. I got it today - really fast delivery - and it is AMAZING. Maybe his best work to date. He is talented and I was sure that the previous books were not doing justice to his talent. This is a must have for everybody who loves his style and everybody that loves coloring books. The only bad thing is that I would prefer his designs to give some space at the binding of the book, especially where there are two-pages spread drawings but I tend to almost rip it apart so it is perfectly flat. His publisher should do a better job to serve and honor his work.

Got this along with another from this author, as christmas gifts for my wife and sister, who both like to colour. Fantastic pictures, suitable for those who prefer complex, detailed colouring images :-)

Totally awesome Artwork, allowing the colourist to explore there own arty side. I have 3 books from this amazing artist. I totally recommend his Artwork.

It is a very different type of colouring in book that measures around 24.75 cm square. The colouring opportunities are both sides of the page and the cover illustrations are included. Outlined in black on a white background throughout, areas are already shaded in grey for definition. Spanning 2 pages for the best part, it is tricky to get into the spine area, depending on where you are in the book. Over 80 pages to colour & all of them deigned by Kerby Rosane. I have completed 14 pages at present, so I should be able to complete by the end of the year. (Hopefully....Maybe).

Arrived well packaged and in great condition. I am very happy with this colouring book and am very excited to get started working in it. The paper seems like such a good quality, I think you will be able to use various mediums in this (though as it is double sided I wouldn’t suggest using alcohol markers or the like). I am in love with the artwork in here and there is an art work for everyone in here. All in all another amazing book from Kerby, you won’t regret buying it.

My favourite colouring book by far! My first kerby and now I need them all! Absolutely LOVE every single picture in this book and had to buy a second copy for my eldest daughter too! Paper quality is decent too so not so much of a problem that pictures are double sided. This book has given me so much inspiration and made me enjoy colouring again!

Mooie afbeelding op stevig papier, een lekker boek om in te werken!

It's not hard to create amazing color creations when this book is already drawn so beautifully. It's a truly unique book and a joy to color. Paper quality is exceptional. Thick and white. You probably can't used a texta / felt-tipped pen without a little bleed through, but it's thick enough that there were no problems with traditional colouring pencils. Each picture also features a hidden clue to what the next drawing will be of. It's not a hard puzzle and pretty easy to spot in each picture, but a fun addition to the page.
