Are these spicy at all?

It has Red and Green Bell Peppers,plus Jalapeno Pepper spices. My guess is yes but not sure how spicy.

The features and details make no sense for this item. Is it 3.75 ounces, or 12 ounces, and how is it diahwasher safe and have a waterproof seal??

3.75 oz is correct. Occasionally on Amazon a description gets on the wrong product. I am guessing that's the case here.12 oz & dishwasher safe does not belong with this product. By the way they are delicious and make a salad very special at my house.
