I had taken this briefly a couple of years ago, and stopped for some reason. I’ve been extremely irritable lately, and my mood has been flat, not enjoying anything, and just blah. I started taking this product again as I had read it helps with irritability, and each day the irritability was less and less, and I’m finding joy and beauty in life again. I’m honestly kind of shocked that magnesium can help in those areas, but happy it does!!

Works great for my husband to help him stay asleep throughout the night. I am perimenopausal and was looking for something to help keep me asleep through the night but for me it gave me such vivid dreams/nightmares I can not take it. I felt like I had been up all night long and not rested. Crazy.

Totally Love Pure Encapsulations products and the Magnesium Glycinate is great! I tried other magnesium products and was having severe stomach issues. I have not had any problems with the glycerinate since first taking. I usually take a capsule after brushing my teeth and turning in for the night. It helps to just keep the bottle next to the sink area for reminder.

Love this magnesium glycinate because it DOES NOT contain SILICA! Very easy to the stomach! Thank God no side effect! Sleep very well all night! I give 5 stars ⭐️ I highly recommended! Wish that the price was a little cheaper!
