Works Great, A perfect Fit
I used this part to repair an HP with a broken power connector. This fit perfect. This part brought a laptop destined for the trash back to life—a great purchase.

Fixed power input problem
HP Laptop Model 15-dy5399nr stopped charging battery. There was no power input at all so once the battery drained, the laptop shut down and would not start. The charging/power indicator light did not light up. After I installed this DC power jack, the indicator light lit up. Easy to install once you pry the case open.
