Quickie161KE Cellulene Scouring Sponge, Blue

This Poly Suds/Sponge is good for what it was designed for, although I was unsure of whether or not the blue ruff part of the bottom of the sponge would scratch my glasses and other glass products that have. I called the manufacturer and they said that this particular product had been discontinued, so they had no information as to whether it would be okay to use on glassware. Too bad, since I have lots of glass in my cookware and other things, so I haven't used it since receiving it.

This sponge with soap is a very handy item to have when only a few dishes are dirty. It has a scrubber on the outside and a sponge underneath. I have bought several here in Calif, however can't find them any longer, so I order from Amazon on line.

I was looking for the one that appears in the image, which is a different model. The one that shipped had a larger ovoid shaped sponge and a blue plug (purpose unknown) half way down the handle that leaked liquid soap. The larger sponge also would not fit into glasses to clean. Because of the mess from the constant leakage, I threw these out within a week. Don't buy from the image, and don't buy if it is this same model.

It was annoying enough that I was sent the wrong item. I ordered Quickie 161Ke, but received Quickie 161. The replacement sponges that I already own will not fit into the wand. What really bothered me, however, is that the wand leaks! What is the point of filling the base with soap if it is going to leak out through either end? It was empty after one use. Save your money, and buy a regular hand-held sponge.

Recieved the wrong product and had to return it. Very inconvient for me to do so. Replacements for this wand were received correctly

This wand does not fit the 161ke refills that I already bought. Now I once again have 6 refills and no wand to fit them
