VGAzer Magnetic Levitating Floating Wireless LED Light Bulb Desk Lamp

A great, functional gift. Simple setup although it requires a little bit of fiddling to balance it, but that's kinda fun. Good value for what it is and it looks nice. It's reasonably bright.

I like this product. Placing the bulb was frustrating at first despite the instructions but then I figured out the technique and can do it pretty much first time now. The bulb spins a little too fast for my liking and I think it's a little over priced but overall I love it and would recommend.

I was tempted for ages to buy one of these levitating lights, but some models are far more expensive than this - however I am delighted I went ahead with this one. It looks so cool that I've already had someone ask me where to buy it. It does take a few attempts to balance the bulb, but it's hugely satisfying once you find that balance point, and it gets easier the next time. Particularly fun to set the bulb spinning gently, and many hours later it is still going, due to the absence of friction. My 5 year old son is hypnotised by it, and refuses to believe that Japan has Maglev trains that work on similar principles... Strongly recommend!

Do not buy this!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could The bulb does hover above the base but by less than an inch /3cm. The light then rotates. It produces a weak light of poor quality. Its a two minute wonder. It requies constant electrical input so you are still using electricy and need to be near a socket. It is difficult to get it to hover as it all done by strong magnets which make the hovering difficult to arrange as it bangs down on the base they estimate it may take 20 minutes to get it hovering. Why can Chinese companies not get a native English speaker to write their instruction leaflets instead of the rubbish stuff they put out?

Just amazing. Wife thinks it is science that makes it hover and light up, whereas I think it is magic that makes it work.

So it works, only if powered on. Very tricky to set up but once the magnets are aligned it does work. However the bulb does rotate albeit slowly. As the bulb has no cover not good on a working desk as it will shine brightly. Remember that if you turn it off then the bulb will no longer levitate....

It works as advertised. The light is more of an ambient showpiece. It is surprisingly easy to place the lightbulb for levitating. When levitating the bulb spins around, the light can be switched on and off with a touch button. This is a lot cheaper than flyte, but the quality is not as great as flyte.
