Quality lights; Read my review for info on burnout
I just installed these on a 2013 Cadillac CTS and they are brighter and whiter than the OEM (very little night driving on my Mom's car, so really OEM.) I can tell you to install on that car isn't easy because you have to remove part of the bumper but that's hardly the bulbs' fault. Others complained about these bulbs burning out too fast but you have to put it into context. These bulbs are brighter and whiter than the entry level lightbulb because they burn hotter and likely have a different gas mixture inside the bulb than whatever you're used to. There is an inverse relationship for all incandescent bulbs between lifespan and brightness. More life, less bright. More bright, less life. Using these bulbs >will< increase the temperature inside your headlight housing compared to more typical, less bright bulbs. This can be very bad if you frequently drive several hours per night without any cool down, or even if you're in a very hot climate. The hotter the bulb is, the quicker the filament will burn away. So these driving conditions could burn the bulb out before it's rated number of hours but it is actually what's expected. If you have an older car and these driving conditions, it is possible the excessive extra heat generated can cause physical damage to your car's electric or surrounding plastic. It's very unlikely you'll have that problem with any car in normal conditions. Check with a pro if in doubt. If you do a lot of night driving and want bulb longevity over brightness, whiteness and down range illumination then you might try one of the 2 cheaper bulbs made by this company. If you want better night driving performance lights there is 1 bulb above this by this company that does it, but beware those bulbs last for less time than this one. You'll get more runtime hours out of this bulb if you drive less than an hour at a time with lights on and do a 30 minute cool down between multiple trips. It's just the way it is with these bulbs. If you want the best of all worlds and will spend the money, some LED headlight bulbs on the market claim to offer both longevity and superior performance. Personally I find the light frequency of most LED headlights to be a strain on my eyes.

Change both sides at the same time
Purchased for 2016 Honda Odyssey. The driver side went out and my wife stopped at AutoZone and bought a single h11. I reminded her she should replace both but she didn't want to spend the money. Literally 2 days later she told me the passenger side was out so I bought this and changed both. I saved her old "new" bulb for emergency use. These work fine and look great. The plug is a PITA to remove, but it you do that before pulling out the bulb it's so much easier.

Works in my 2022 Chevy Malibu
The item listing said it would not fit my 2022 Chevy Malibu even though it has the same socket. I bought them anyway, and they worked. I think that is just something that Amazon needs to work out. Just be sure to look at your manual for your bulb and it will work. Anyways, the lights are great. I installed them a couple days ago, so I cannot vouch on the longevity of the bulbs. But, these bulbs function just like the stock halogen bulbs but are much whiter and brighter. I initially installed LED bulbs but did not like the scattered beams of light, so I came back to halogen bulbs. I think that for the mid-tier bulbs offered by this company, these are a great option that won't break the bank while still being very bright.

Good product....terrible shipping protection
I gave 5 stars since this is a product review, but you need to know that Amazon in all of their wisdom decided to ship glass light bulbs in a paper envelope. I have see other reviews point this out, so just know your ability to get a non-broken product is risky if this is how they ship them all. But to the product it was a great fit for the H11 lights and overall they work fine. The existing bulbs were the stock OEM and one burnt out. I replaced the bad one with this new SilverStar and honestly it looks pretty much the same as the OEM. I ended up replacing both to save the hassle down the road. But reading the difference in the Sylvania lights I would have thought the SilverStar to be a much better bulb, but looks to be the same as OEM. Was expecting more from the SilverStar based on the Sylvania information about the different levels. Was planning to go with the higher level than this one but Amazon was like a week to get it here, so I think I am glad I didn't spend the money for that.

Excellent Performance
I had put LED bulbs in thinking I would get a brighter look down the road. Turned out I could drive with my bright lights on and nobody would even flash their lights at me. Decided to go with the Sylvania H9 and H11 SilverStar bulbs and what a difference. The low beams are now brighter than when I had the LED lights on high. Clicking to high beam lights up the road very well and for a long way.

Dead in 10 months
These initially looked great and did improve my night time vision but quickly began to dim like the last set I had on there for 5 years from a different manufacturer. They did fit perfect in a CX9 so no compatibility issues. The quality here is junk due to 1 dead at 10 months post install making this a huge waste of money.

Big difference from the cheap halogens!
Review of Sylvania Silverstar H11 in a 2011 Honda (low beam). Without going into detail , I just didn’t want to risk an LED in a halogen reflector (scattered light). So after researching my options, I settled on the Silver Star. Findings: Substantial difference in brightness and hue. I replaced my passenger side first, to gauge the difference. After all, if it was not going to be any brighter, why pay more? Decidedly brighter! Much more blue, longer cast on the road, and much brighter. I think they’re advertised as up to 150% brighter than the old halogens and that sounds about right. Remember, wear gloves putting these in! You don’t want any dirt of grease on a halogen bulb. That’ll kill lifespan.

Half good.
One of bulbs died 3 weeks after the warranty window. Huge bummer. Was really hoping they would last longer.

Waited to write the review to see how long they will last. It's been more than 7 months now (including a cold Canadian Winter) and these Sylvania H11 SilverStar High Performance Halogen Headlight Bulbs are still going strong! : ) I really believe anyone who reports that these halogen headlight bulbs don't last is because they're not aware that any oil on any halogen bulb will cause them to burn out prematurely. Yes, this includes oil from your hands! Once the old bulb is removed, I put on a fresh pair of disposable gloves (nitrile or latex) and install the new bulb. If disposable gloves are not available, washing your hands thoroughly and using a clean rag to handle the bulb will work. The trick for these bulbs to last long is to make sure nothing oily touches the glass. I hope this helps.
