WORKS WELL. ATTACHED ANTENNA TO OUTSIDE OF TRUCK, SINCE RUBBER DUCK ANTENNA NOT VERY SENSITIVE.

Works good for the price.
I had a Cobra before but it had a lot of issues. When I got this one I put it in my car and plugged it in and it's working great. Although it doesn't hold the channel when I turn it off and turn it on It's a pretty good radio.

This my second Uniden unit. It seems to function better than my Cobra units.

No performance whatsoever. Do not buy.
Not worth the money. Does not pick up hardly any transmissions from other CB radios. I bought this to keep in my RV to be able to hear of traffic problems. Even next to truckers that are talking, it rarely, if ever receives transmissions. I have no idea if I can transmit to other radios because I never receive an answer either sitting next to trucks in traffic.

Okay hand held
Works.... if you're close. Absolutely eats battery like it's nothing so I recommend using it with the power cable. Easy to use and sound quality is good if you're within range. Very power hungry machine

Nice and compact, purchased for long travel chatter during my trips, Not much chatter compared to my 90’s comparisons

Nicely made handheld
This radio seems very well built and designed like all the Uniden products I’ve owned. The sound quality is great, and it takes about 10 seconds to figure out how to use it, it’s very simple. I will say it drains batteries fast, so get the rechargeable batteries for it. Seems to have decent power and range with the right antenna. And the ability to charge the rechargeables with the power cable is neat. Also a great value for the price, can easily be made into a small mobile unit for a car in temporary setups.

Buy it, it works GREAT!
Absolutely love this thing. It reaches 8 miles, at least. Bought it because my company owned, factory installed, company maintained one doesn't work properly and I need a cb working in the mines and this hand held is perfect.
