Earth Magic Oracle Cards: A 48-Card Deck and Guidebook

I was drawn to these in a big way. Little did I know that my connection to this deck would be far more profound. I always feel a gentle warmth emanating from them and their energy surges through me when I focus on it. I even took the time to energize and cleanse them under a full moon, which I haven't done for my other decks. Source energy's messages through these cards have never let me down and have led me down the path I'm on today. Whenever I need clarity and guidance, I often turn to this deck, which always has the answers that I need to heed to. Like tonight, I felt them calling me (a massive tingling in my right hand that stopped the moment I grabbed my deck and held it for a few moments). I knew my higher self and Source wanted me to know something in that moment. Since it was a message and not a full reading, I pulled a single card (or more like I shuffle till one card pops out). That card was one I'd never pulled before: Full Moon (Completion). This puzzled me, as I couldn't think of anything I'd completed recently. So I pulled a companion card (which I've always regarded as the as the one on the very bottom of the deck; just my own little way of doing it, which has worked well for me): Love (Compassion). THIS gave me far more clarity. I immediately knew that my years of searching for compassion, love, and empathy for the human race (and myself) has finally come to fruition. Ever since my awakening, I've noticed, day by day, how much easier it is for me to empathize with all walks of life, even if I'm not on the same path as they are. I hold peace towards them, instead of resentment and confusion. I now know what makes them tick. In regards to myself, I now appreciate my past struggles and can allow things to unfold as they should. I relinquish control over things I have no control over. My body is smart. My true self is smart. I just need to enjoy life and do what I know is best. Long review, I know. But this deck has been a massive staple in my life since I got it. I can't praise it enough. It's connected to me in many ways and always will be. I'm not saying anyone reading this will have the same affect. You must find a deck that speaks to you. One that resonates on a deep level and calls to you. Perhaps I will find more oracle decks that do the same, but for now, Earth Magic is my main spiritual/energetic deck and conduit, if you will. I love it so much!

This box contains the Earth Magic oracle cards securely wrapped with a paper "ribbon" and the instruction booklet was on top. The book itself is about the size of your hand and includes an author background, introduction, various spreads to use for a reading and an index for the cards. It is simple, helpful and insightful. These cards have absolutely beautiful artwork. Even if you don't feel connected to the act of oracle reading or meditating, you will enjoy these cards for their aesthetics. They are larger than a regular deck of cards, and have a thickness and gloss to their stock that make them high quality. It makes a lovely addition to your bookshelf or altar. It’s important to make note that the publisher considered a reviewer's specific suggestion and included page numbers in the instruction booklet so that you can now easily look up the card name in the index near the front and just flip to the corresponding page. I was very pleased by that! I think these cards are an excellent gift or starting point for someone with a newfound interest in tarot. No, it’s not exactly the same, but there are similarities and Oracle cards provide a more simplistic, yet meditative approach that can be a wonderful introduction and useful every day tool.

I now have all three of Steven Farmer's oracle card decks. I really like the Earth Magic oracle cards. The wisdom in them is ancient, centered and strong, much like the earth herself. I get the sense of a larger perspective from these cards. In terms of the age of our earth, a human lifespan is so brief. In terms of the size of the cosmos, we are so small. These cards take me outside the human drama of current bank balance or relationship status, into the realms of deeper questions. What is my relationship to the earth and how can I leave it a better place? How can I balance the areas of my life better? What perspective can help heal this heartache? These cards have a weightiness to their energy, power and sacredness and perspective and I really appreciate them as a way to tap into guidance. Like the earth herself, these cards are grounding. They take scattered thoughts or anxious energies, and pull them into the earth's heartspace, where there is only the present, and I find them a great re-focuser. So let me start by saying at first I could not connect with this deck, when I saw them I was taken with the colors and earthiness,but when I opened them up as beautiful as they are I put them on a shelf and they were part of my collection. Then a few days ago I was reading for someone and this deck just came to mind. Now I have another deck that is my go to deck so when this one started coming to me as far as this reading I was a little hesitant but I know better then to question Spirit. I did the reading for this gentlemen and the deck was on point with everything I beleieve he also connected with this deck because it is has a masculine feel to it. Now I cannot put it down, it has such a sacred. This is a serious deck for truth. Yes now I have connected to this amazing deck.

The cards are good quality and easy to shuffle. The meanings reach me, and I love the pictures to the sayings. It will definitely be used in many of my readings. The Value is perfectly priced. The size was perfectly sized. There is nothing to learn if you use oracle decks; the meanings are self-explanatory.

I absolutely love these cards. I have been using them daily and they speak to me on a level that tarot cards haven't yet. I believe that at least for now, the Oracle cards are where I'm supposed to be. I feel my intuition being guided instead of trying to discern hidden messages. If I don't immediately understand the message, like with the fairy card for example, I spend a few minutes thinking about the card and what it represents. In that case I think it represented the person I was practicing with, had too strong of a need to stay grounded. The short version of that part of the reading was: Fairies are very connected to the earth and to nature, but are not grounded and that is ok. It's ok to be at a higher vibration and less grounded at times to better connect with your guides spiritual self.

I purchased this oracle deck about 3 months ago and used it several times a week since then. I don't really feel it is suitable for a beginner (the card descriptions in the book are quite lengthy and can be a bit tricky to interpret) nor do I feel that the vibe of this deck is for everyone. There are several cards that require a little bit of some inner shadow work... So if you're looking for a strictly and totally positive and uplifting deck, I would stick to an angel oracle deck or something similar. As far as quality goes, I have no quarrels whatsoever. The artwork is lovely, even on the more muted cards... And as far as peeling... Like I say, I've used this deck MANY times over the last few months and am a fairly harsh shuffler (working on that!)... I have yet to have any corners peel. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I don't feel the card interpretations given in the book are very useful (though the short stories for each card are nice).

Love this cards!! My favorites until now., they have great, large, and beautiful drawings, I sense it very emotional, I Ask some questions and they are perfectly accurate. The companion book is also great, has a lot of explanations and long advices. Great oracle for shamans, wiccans, Yoga practitioners and anyone who felt the need of the earth magic. My favorite cards are: Dawn-new beginnings: shows a great dawn in a lonely beach with a mountain behind. New Moon- Promise: shows a couple sitting on a bench watching the sunset (just Beautiful) Mountain - Strength : Shows a big mountain cover with snow, and a lake. Shaman - Ancient healing wisdom: shows a close up to the face of a shaman (great knowledge) Gaia- nurturing: shows the spirit of Gaia on the sky with a lot of color, Gaia is made of a collage of animals and flowers, watching and blowing over a green valley (beautiful and colorful) Great Job Mr. Farmer, thanks for your effort to give us this beautiful, powerful and emotional oracle.

I have received my Earth Magic Oracle Deck recently and at first glance, I have already fallen in love with the artwork of each of the cards. And because of this, I started feeling an instant connection with the cards the more I studied them in detail - the artwork is that amazing; I was so drawn in. I decided to write this review after having a bit of experience with the cards, so far, it has given me accurate readings, the words on the cards makes it a little bit easier for me to interpret them whenever I consult these cards about a particular issue. If anybody experiences some kind of difficulty with interpreting these cards then you can always go through the Guide Book that came along with the Oracle Cards and there all the general meanings of each card can be found as well as a description of each of the illustrations on each card! Whenever I don't use these cards, I would always just read the Guide Book as it is in fact really interesting. I rate this Oracle Card Deck 5 Stars: I am happy with the illustrations of each card, the quality of the package and the time it arrived (which came two days after I ordered) and even the Guide Book that came with it was a good read. I would also like to stress the fact that this is my first Oracle Card Deck that I own and shall be my last since I've already seen a few other Oracle Card Deck and do not feel connected to them at all like I do with my own, I don't think I would ever find a better deck than this! I would definately recommend the Earth Magic Oracle Card Deck to those seeking out their first ever Oracle Card Deck or if you simply like to collect Tarot and Oracle Card Decks - please add this to your collections! I would also recommend the Earth Magic Oracle Card Deck to those who are Wiccans and have high respect and love for the World, the Universe and Nature like me.. use this Deck in order to listen to what the Earth and its Spirits have to say to us.
