Is there a more powerful version of this as i presently have 2 device , using 12v/3a and 12v/2a but i wish in future to another 12v/2a total of 7a

Don't think so as you will need a proper charger to do so

Will this work with a 12v 5amp bilge pump

I think it would struggle, as its up to it's maximum amp output. It might overheat.
