The cutter is hard to use per the instructions. Spent lots of time on utube trying to figure it out still have not cut square bottle

Works great for certain bottle sizes. Unfortunately it is very limited with the length, whole diameter, and top opening diameter. I have many common bottles that will not fit on this. Ultimately if you're cutting a variety of sizes, you're going to need to make your own mount.

Had some thicker square whiskey bottles that I was struggling to cut. Had been trying lots of different methods and really couldn't find anything that was working. Still use my Dremel tool with diamond cutting attachment, but use this to cut outline of where I want to cut on the bottle. Does take a little patience and reading directions to set up. Once you get the hang of how to work the bottle, it is great! If for whatever reason this one broke, I would totally buy it again.

I wanted to believe that this product had a chance at success. It was not capable of handling bottles as described in its description. I went through a dozen different bottle of various sizes, shapes and thicknesses with not one that I would call a true success. Adjustments to the bottle carriage are simply a pain in the ass; the tiny screws and nuts are tight locations and are not easy to get to. The scoring line from the glass cutter wheel was inconsistent at best; round bottles were the only ones I ever got a semi-clean score line with. You just can’t seem to keep the bottle in place as you roll it. The problem really comes down to details or the absence thereof. The package and presentation look great; but the product itself does not make the cut. Practice with such a device would help if I had an endless stream of bottles to practice upon. Instead I was left with a trash can full of broken attempts. The inconsistent break lines rendered high amounts of glass to attempt to sand down. The handful of included sandpaper sheets would not be enough to correct/clean up any of the attempts. Sadly, this product was returned.

I broke a couple of jars out the gate. But that was a matter of getting the feel for it. I like the stability it provides. Also it is very easy to adjust to the size of jar or bottle you are working with. Definitely worth the money.

Recd in last week of July 2024. Cut maybe a dozen bottles and the blade that came with it is so dull that it cannot even scour the glass Disappointed with the product quality
