I'm not sure if this is old product or what, but I did light ash brown PLUS 2 capfuls of cooling violet (per the box instructions) to make my hair extra ashy.... And ended up with orangey brown hair????? It's like it lifted but no color stuck? I usually use Clairol Radiance Colorgloss but I'm getting stubborn greys now so I wanted something less translucent, this obviously isn't it! Not sure how I'm gonna get ashy hair now! Ugh.

I am pleased with this product. It was easy to apply and mix and the color turned out perfect.

Update: I bought this hair colour again and it this time gave me hot roots. I had to use another product. The colour wasn’t rich this time around. I won’t be using it again. I have tried EVERYTHING to colour my gray (which I have had since age 12!). Typical hair colour fades and I have to redo my roots in 2 weeks. Not so with Wella! The colour is even and I have never had “hot roots”. I highly recommend!

its great dye. the box it came in was way oversized. like a 14 x 6 box is a bit much. however it smells AWFUL while mixing and processing use in a well ventilated room especially if you have pets or breathing conditions

Waste of money

It starts out fine but I don't find that these toners last very long
